Fun in Firenze

Florence was 'warm' enough for some thin tights and a leather jacket, quite a relief after all the snow we had at home. I just landed in Amsterdam and have a lot of cool pictures to sort out to show you! Outfit: Bring on the BALMAIN

A little taste of Firenze4Ever in Florence. Today I got to feel what it's like to throw on 1600 euro leather Balmain pants and a Burberry jacket Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted in recently. Summing it up in one world would simply be incredible. A little less incredible is that my new Blackberry got stolen tonight in Florence. Honestly, you don't know how attached you are to your phone until you lose it and it's was pretty upsetting hearing it go straight to voicemail when I called it. I guess you win some, you lose some...

Getting ready

Slowly getting ready for an exciting trip... In two days I'm flying to Florence for LuisaViaRoma's second edition of Firenze4Ever; a big fashion event with incredible clothes, parties and a 3 day long slumber party with Andy and Sabrina. Topshop spring 2011

When Topshop was in the design room for this spring 2011 collection, they probably decided to cater to both minimalists as well as boho/90's lovers. On first thought you might not have combined these two styles in one collection but because they are both so playfully styled, it works. These are my four favorite looks from the lookbook (truth be told, I usually have a hard time picking favorites but now I really only liked 3 - 4 looks). Curious to see what the pieces, and particularly shoes, look like in real life and Topshop... when on éarth are you gonna open in Amsterdam?!

Silver spiral cuff

Got some silver ear jewelry to play around with. Ideal since it doesn't involve any needles so you can place it wherever you want. I've had that place pierced once but it just wouldn't heal, so this ear cuff comes in handy. I simply have a thing for ear decorations and piercings, as long as it remains classy... So far I have regular ear studs, a second ear stud next to that on my right ear, an inner conch in my left ear (showed it here) and a tongue piercing (showed it here). In a week or two I'm adding something new to my ears, not sure what it will be yet... any suggestions?

A little bit of everything

I'm spending the day glued to my bed/on the couch, accompanied with a fever (hence the crappy webcam pic) and had some pictures left I took this week. I'm playing around with a different picture sizing, could you let me know if they're too wide for your computer screen or not?
